In this session, the presenters discussed how to build a bridge from Procurement to the CFO’s desk, with your stakeholders in tow. Attendees learned how to cut costs and improve efficiency by using visual analytics to monitor performance across all levels of sourcing. Finally, attendees were provided tips on how to transform big data into meaningful goals that drive actions and create strategic initiatives.
