We are looking to implement a standard policy regarding rebates from all vendors that provide us Consulting and or IT Services work. Our goal is to have a consistent rebate program for any vendor that provides Services to us. We have not worked out all the logistics yet but we are thinking that the model would start with any vendor that provides services over $1M annually, the percent of rebate would increase with the volume of work. Best practices, strategies, and insights would be most welcome.
