This document can be used to define roles and responsibilities. Included in this document are examples of the different types of roles involved in delivering a project and their respective responsibilities. Listed are: Project Manager, Project Sponsor, Project Board, Senior Consultant or Supplier-side Project Manager, Project Team Members, Project Administrator or Coordinator, and Systems Developer.
