We want to implement a template/process that allows Procurement and our stakeholders to have a follow up meeting on what worked in the process; what didn’t and what could be done differently.

1. Do any Members have templates, guidelines, or frameworks they can share?

2. Do any Members use automated surveys to collect feedback from their sourcing clients? If yes, what platform/methodologies are in use?
