This will be an informal strategy discussion for transforming a company’s Procurement Operating Model. We will focus on how to approach the transformation. Following the strategy discussion, we will address business case development and considerations, the critical success factors, things that participants haven’t thought of or didn’t think of during their implementations and lessons learned. The facilitator will come prepared with “the answers” to these questions and experiences of several companies who have undertaken the transformation journey in the last ten years.
