Negotiating Cloud Contracts: An Annual Perspective from Buyers and Suppliers

Cloud contracts continue to present issues and risks. This session provided the perspectives of both buyers and suppliers on negotiating cloud contracts based on an annual survey. Presenters explored critical questions and trends such as: What are the key drivers for procuring and providing cloud based services for both buyers and suppliers? What are the key risk areas identified by buyers and how are suppliers responding to those risks?  What benchmarks are emerging in regards to negotiating cloud contracts? How are parties addressing key issues like data privacy, data security and liability allocation? What trends do survey respondents see occurring and how can buyers and suppliers proactively address those trends?
