In August 2022, SIG conducted an informal benchmark. 

 

We collected at a high level from the SIG buy-side community: 

  • Policy requirements for competitive bidding process (e.g. spend amount) and when to bypass
  • Policy requirements for bid response review 
  • Drivers for conducting a reverse auction
