Initiative Background:
Supplier responses to our RFP for small parcel air and ground shipping services include multi-year contract terms.

Inquiry:

As a benchmark we would like to know what others are experiencing in their freight contract negotiations regarding contract length. Are 2, 3 or 5 year contract terms preferable?
