It is fair to say that the last ten years have transformed Procurement as a function. We’ve learned to break away from the back office and claim a seat in the board room, delivering strategic advantage and value to our respective companies. In this session, NetApp will discuss essential ingredients to move away from tactical sourcing work and retool for strategic category management.
