1. Are pricing models generally based on transaction fees for International, Domestic, or Online ticketing requests?

2. Do these prices vary from country to country or are they standard from country to country?

3. Would be interested in any benchmarking data that can be provided regarding transaction costs by country. Preferably based on a company with annual travel spend of $50MM Worldwide.

4. Also interested in any RFP templates for global travel service programs available.
