Original Inquiry

We are in the beginning phase of initiating a project to implement a supplier registration and supplier governance scorecard tool (SBM). We have identified a few solutions through an RFP and are wondering if any current users of these types of tools are willing to share their experience of implementation, their experience in the development & customization, their challenges and pain points during the process and their overall user experience once it is implemented and what are the strengths and weaknesses of each.
