Legal Process Outsourcing, and law firm oriented KPO are dramatically changing the way that legal services are delivered. The dual forces of improved technology and globalization finally reached the practice of law as the economic downturn created tremendous pressures on companies to reduce their legal spend and on law firms to update their business models. In this session we will discuss how the relationship between law firms and their clients are changing, how they together must manage third party provider relationships, and the role of sourcing in this transformation.
