It’s an ancient battle – how to avoid cost – but one that can lead to great results, so having the necessary tools are critical. In this session, the presenters will discuss how to obtain and track Cost Avoidance. They will describe the concept of Budget Freeze and the impact on a P&L Budget. Attendees will learn an innovative approach for this strategic role and will glean insights from pragmatic examples and analysis (in particular, IT Professional services).
