This presentation is designed to provide attendees with an overview of the role and benefits of technology tools in sourcing governance. The findings presented here are based on multiple research projects that examined the landscape of technology tools available for supporting sourcing, the factors that lead to the adoption and rejection of such tools, and the desired outcomes and benefits realized from the use of such tools.  Attendees will gain an understanding of how and when such technology tools can maximize the benefits from sourcing engagements.
