The complexity of every procurement process has increased significantly. Getting the best deals with secure, diverse, non-polluting companies with redundant supply chains sourcing conscientiously and sustainably is difficult. The provider market has reacted to these issues in mostly singular tracks, solving individual problems and leaving procurement professionals to manage processes through various solutions. This session highlights how procurement has become more complex and the drivers of this complexity, followed by how companies have streamlined their processes to meet process goals with minimum friction.
