We are curious to know if there are any companies, utility preferred, that measure non procurement type cost avoidances? We are interested in creating a program that allows non procurement roles to report value creations or dollars avoided through their daily practices. This would primarily be to show the total value Supply Chain brings to an organization in Procurement and Materials Management and other like Supply Chain sub groups.
