Inquiry from Company 1: The procurement team at a large public corporation in Canada is performing due diligence on large commercial construction costs. Our organization is currently developing a $400M commercial building (Real Estate is not our core competency). Can anybody offer some insight into the strategies employed to determine what appropriate construction development & management fees are? If available, please share benchmark data.
