The era of Category Management is upon us, and today’s category manager needs to have a wide range of strategic capabilities. To help you and your category managers achieve this, Denali is presenting a hands-on workshop on category management. We will introduce our newest innovation out of Denali Academy – CategoRise – the board game that takes your category managers to the next level.

Topics covered in this session included:

  • Category management tools such as category plans and category playbooks, and how to build and use them effectively
  • Insights into how to coach and train your category managers and conduct category workshops with stakeholders
