The Future of Purchase Order Management: Smarter, More Automated Supplier Collaboration

Purchase order management remains one of the most operationally intensive areas of the procure-to-pay process. Manual confirmations, delayed supplier responses, inconsistent handling of order changes, and low supplier adoption can create unnecessary workload, increase risk, and limit visibility across the purchasing process.

In this webinar, experts from JAGGAER, GDP, and Groves will explore how organizations are rethinking purchase order collaboration to create more automated, efficient, and supplier-friendly processes.

The discussion will examine emerging approaches to automating order confirmations, managing and validating supplier-requested changes, and enabling suppliers to interact through simpler channels such as email. The speakers will also explore the growing role of AI in interpreting supplier responses and supporting validation against contractual and purchasing requirements.

Attendees will gain practical insights into how procurement teams can reduce manual intervention, improve control and visibility, and increase supplier adoption while building a more scalable approach to purchase order management.
