WEBINAR – Know Where You Stand: Unlocking CLM Maturity for Smarter Procurement, presented by Agiloft
Sponsored by:

Contracts sit at the heart of every supplier relationship, yet most procurement teams are still managing them through fragmented processes, email chains, and spreadsheets with little visibility into performance or risk. The majority of leaders believe their organization is further along in contract maturity than it actually is. Having a CLM tool does not mean you have CLM maturity. This webinar will help procurement professionals cut through the noise and honestly assess where their contracting capabilities stand today.
Our experts will walk through a proven CLM maturity framework and show you how leading procurement organizations are moving from reactive contract administration to proactive, insight-driven supplier management. A structured maturity assessment delivers a clear picture of your current CLM situation; covering policies, processes, and performance, and produces a roadmap for improvement initiatives that minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to assess your procurement team’s CLM maturity across key stages; from supplier contract requests and templates to negotiation, approvals, and obligation tracking.
- The most common gaps holding procurement teams back and what they’re costing you in risk exposure and supplier value leakage.
- How to build a prioritized roadmap to advance your maturity without overhauling your entire procurement operation.
- How CLM creates a common language, standardized templates, and unified terms and conditions across your supplier base, and how automation can enforce compliance at scale.
- Where AI fits in your procurement CLM journey – reducing cycle times, surfacing contract risk, and freeing your team from manual administration.
