Tailored for Category Management leaders aiming to enhance collaboration with their business counterparts and achieve exceptional Source to Pay results, this session delves into the art of Category Strategy development. While the significance of robust strategies is universally acknowledged, the challenge lies in the limited capacity of organizations to systematically construct and uphold them, hindered by resource constraints, competency gaps, and competing priorities. This session will present a framework to balance effort and requirements, facilitating the construction of sustainable, targeted, and impactful strategies. Our discussion will focus on Assessment and Prioritization processes to guide participants on a multi-year transformational journey.
