Building Procurement Processes That People Will Follow

The SIG Resource Center is moving to The SIG Community. If you are a SIG Member, or enrolled in SIG University, and don’t have access yet, you can do so here. Already have access? Log in and visit the new SIG Resource Center.

A procurement process that is not intuitive can lead to confusion, a lack of transparency into the status of a request, and the unintentional (and sometimes intentional) circumvention of essential steps. Compliance requires high adoption, and adoption requires excellent experience. In this session, we will discuss how to shorten the procurement cycle time, reducing the time to respond and time to completion while keeping all stakeholders updated with the current statuses. Learn how to leverage intelligent prioritization, automatically escalate when needed, surface risks on time, and auto-handle simple requests.
