Sourcing Talent in a Tight Labor Market

The SIG Resource Center is moving to The SIG Community. If you are a SIG Member, or enrolled in SIG University, and don’t have access yet, you can do so here. Already have access? Log in and visit the new SIG Resource Center.

In today’s tight labor market with unemployment rates below 5%, finding the right talent is difficult.  Finding and replacing talent are two of the largest expenses for employers.  Coupled with the growing Gig Economy, traditional approaches to talent acquisition can overlook available talent pools.  The first step is to gain visibility into all your talent sources. But what do you once you have access to all the data?  You can become more proactive in this tight labor market.  In this session we will identify how visibility across multiple data sources can drive efficiencies, quality and cost savings. We will also examine how specific markets like healthcare can take advantage of this approach.
