SIG is acknowledged by many as a world leader in providing thought leadership and “next” practices to its membership. This presentation will summarize SIG’s and Oliver Wyman’s preliminary findings on a Sourcing Maturity Assessment initiative members participated in over the last couple of months. It includes a quantitative and qualitative assessment of SIG member companies’ positioning against market standards and amongst themselves, an overview of industry best practices, and a high-level point-of-view on the emerging SIG CPO agenda.
