A Facilitated Discussion on Category Management: Approaches, Lessons Learned and Success Factors

In this session, presenters will discuss several aspects of category management including: creating category management capabilities; implementing category management across the business/geography/category landscape of the organization; finding and/or developing the talent to support category management; and optimizing category strategies. The panel will take questions from the audience on these and other topics related to category management within companies. Attendees should come with questions regarding their own organizations’ efforts, struggles and successes with creating and/or optimizing this capability.
