Research continues to suggest that the majority of large enterprises are adopting a Global Business Services delivery model. Meanwhile, federal regulators are providing increasingly specific guidance on how outsourcing relationships need to be managed. All of these business trends are requiring that service delivery governance become more mature.

Topics covered in this session included:

  • The governance organizational impacts and alternatives
  • The need to adopt a consistent governance framework
  • What governance skill sets must be added
  • How enabling tools are critical to improving maturity and driving incremental value
