In this session, USAA presented their Enterprise Supplier Governance Framework and how they operationalized the framework using specialized tools, processes, standards and training. The presenters discussed the importance of a holistic supplier governance framework – both “Big G” and “Small G” – including the tangible business benefits. The session included a discussion on the key components of an effective supplier governance program as well as important criteria to consider when evaluating and best implementing tools for supplier governance and risk management. This session was for Sourcing Executives and Vendor Management Professionals for organizations in which supplier governance, compliance and risk management is either regulated or a core requirement to realize business value from supplier-provided services.
