Most organizations struggle with understaffed vendor management teams who must labor to create the optimal processes, structure and automation to support effective vendor management. This session introduced Ancestry and its global operations, discuss gaps and challenges that they needed to address and share core components of a vendor management software platform for performance management, financials and compliance. In addition, we discussed improvements in efficiency, accuracy and planning via the use of a vendor automation platform.
