Need general requirements for general construction for retail. As part of a broader commodity framework initiative, looking to drive costs down for this sub commodity.

Inquiry:

  • Looking for any specific RFP related questioning to make the package more robust.
  • Any costing levers utilized to drive access cost out.
  • Retail specific, mall or stand-alone, could encompass general construction, project management, flooring, skilled labor, lighting, glass installation, full buildout, shop fitting, union and non union

  • Best practices….
