In this session, the presenters discussed how to use standardized playbooks to achieve best in class Supplier Lifecycle Management from Sourcing to Contracting to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). They reviewed how standardized playbooks can drive sourcing and procurement processes, including engagement, sourcing, contracting and implementation. Using a playbook can help ensure completeness, efficiency, quality and consistency across a team. Attendees learned how this methodology impacts and streamlines the contracting process, while helping to safeguard compliance. Attendees also heard how this approach can structure a Supplier Relationship Management program for success by supporting a continuation of value through defined practices and offering a robust, standardized and scalable approach.
