Are you utilizing or have you explored a points-based employee recognition program?

  1. If yes:

    1. What size and industry is your company?
    2. Is the program centralized (company-wide) or decentralized (departmental)?
    3. If centralize, how do the administrative costs get funded?
    4. Do employees value the program and how is success measured?

    5. How long has the program been in place?

    6. Do you utilize a supplier solution? If willing, please provide supplier names.
  2. If no:

    1. Please describe your employee recognition program (gift cards, cash, merchandise, company logo merchandise, travel, meals).
    2. List all purposes for recognition (peer-to-peer, length of service, above-beyond performance).
