We Didn’t See That Coming: Anticipating Supply Risks and Building Resilience in the Face of Unprecedented Supply Chain Challenges

The SIG Resource Center is moving to The SIG Community. If you are a SIG Member, or enrolled in SIG University, and don’t have access yet, you can do so here. Already have access? Log in and visit the new SIG Resource Center.

Supply shortages, logistics delays, reputational harm, regulatory compliance, fines, cost increases, lost customers. The impacts of the compounding risks found in today’s extended global supply chains are multi-faceted and show no sign of letting up. Procurement leaders face higher expectations to anticipate, identify and pre-solve supply chain risks before the impact of the damage. This highly interactive roundtable session will foster an open discussion on current and future-state strategies and methods for assessing, monitoring, and managing the risks found across our extended supply chains. Wallflowers are welcome, but more value will be gained by sharing recent challenges, wins, losses, and experiments to improve our supply chain resiliency.
