Are your relationships with third parties everything they were supposed to be? Are they/you sick? Is there a value short fall? How would you know? Will the Vested model work for your company or organization? Is your company or organization ready to for a new and different way to structure and govern 3rd party relationships?

The University of Tennessee (UT) has developed diagnostics tools as part of their research of highly successful outsourcing relationship. UT is opening these powerful diagnostics tools to the public, making them available as “open source” self-assessments that can help you assess your own buyer-supplier relationship and contract structure. UT has teamed with Hiperos’ 3rd Party Management (3PM) solution to power the diagnostics tools, enabling participants to engage in this research via an automated web based survey. Data from the self-assessments will be compiled and analyzed as part of UT’s research efforts.

This webinar is the first in a series of a research results that UT will be releasing over the next few months to help organizations better understand how to measure 3rd party performance and add more value to their organization. UT and Hiperos will walk through these three simple (and free!) web based public tools – “The 10 Aliments”, “Business Model Mapping”, and “Readiness Assessment”.

In this webinar you will learn:

– Why these self-assessments should be a part of your third party management process

– How to use the complimentary benchmarking reports you will receive by participating

– How UT will use the data from your self-assessment to help advance their research in the field of outsourcing

– What are the benchmark results from the “The 10 Ailments” Assessment, which measures the extent to which outsourcing relationship have 10 common perverse incentives due to deficiencies in how the overall outsourcing relationship and contract are structured
