The pressure to innovate and adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the business now demands procurement leaders to have the ability to not only administer within their function, but also to lead change within their organizations. However, obtaining and maintaining true transformation change has proven to be one of the more challenging aspects of leading a procurement or supply chain organization.
