Original Inquiry

We are seeking levers to pull in trading terminals and wonder if any of our peer organizations have been successful in any of these or have others we have not considered.

1. Demand management, including:
a. Sharing terminals rather than dedicated

b. Inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of terminals,
c. Billing systems to ensure billing accuracy
d. Stripping down services rather than standard bundle

2. Trading term for pricing concessions or price increase protection
