1. Are there any new trends within the 3PL industry we should be aware of?

2. Can you suggest some reliable 3PL vendors that you’ve used?

3. Compensation: Currently we compensate our 3PL providers on an activity base vs. management fee. Activity base is where you pay a fixed amount per unit, i.e.: $2.00 per order. Management fee is where you pay a % for the total services, i.e.: 10% fee for all of the expenses. What would you consider to be the best-practice trend when it comes to compensation for 3PLs?
