The future (or demise) of supplier diversity has been an ongoing topic since the US Supreme Court struck down affirmative action for Harvard and Notre Dame last year. Add to that voices such as Elon Musk who tweeted that DEI must DIE and the conversation gets real in a hurry. So, is it time for companies to back off? Zoom and Google think so.
