SIRVA compared the relocation programs from 12 tech companies although the companies vary in overall size, revenue, and number of annual relocations. This Benchmark’s Key Findings are mainly based on the benefits offered in the highest level policy for a more equitable comparison of relocation benefits. Some Key Findings relate only to the tech industry specifically when compared to other industry benchmarks prepared by SIRVA.
