Supplier Relationship Management holds great promise for creating value from our supplier base. But the journey from idea to reality can be difficult. A primary cause for this is the lack of understanding and experience with implementing and running SRM programs. In this session, we will discuss the key skillsets you and your team will need to run a supplier relationship management program and learn about the value of the Certified Supplier Management Program.
