ATD is in the second year of their Supplier Diversity Journey. One component of the program that ATD accomplished during this journey was launching an executive education scholarship program in conjunction with Carolina Virginia Minority Supplier Diversity Council (CVMSDC) and the University of Richmond. This program awards a scholarship to deserving diverse companies to help them learn and develop as leaders.  

One the best parts of a supplier diversity program is the ability to meet and work with some amazing companies and people. In this session, you will be introduced to one such person, the first recipient of the ATD Diverse Scholarship – Chef Maria Kemp of Beyond Decadence. You will hear about her experience as she built and developed her pastry company and how companies like ATD and others have had such a significant impact on her success.
