The concept of Design Thinking is creating a buzz. The Harvard Business Review has featured news stories on it… several consulting companies are adopting it… and large corporations are also jumping on the bandwagon. So what exactly is Design Thinking? Design Thinking refers to the cognitive activities that occur during the process of designing. It’s the creative process we use to design solutions that address specific problems. Is this something meant only for innovators and start-ups? Can I leverage it in my current role? How can it elevate my team or my company? These are some of the questions that most professionals today are asking about Design Thinking.
