Initiative Background: Our organization is putting in place a software reseller agreement and we are researching how other organizations best handle end user license agreements for software that is purchased through resellers.

Inquiry:

• How does your organization handle the terms and conditions of these third party contracts?

• Does your organization have a clause/ section in the reseller agreement referencing the purchase of third party software that agrees to all terms and conditions sight unseen?

• Are these vendor agreements shared by your reseller prior to purchasing the software, or is there some kind of language that gets inserted possibly as part of the purchase order or quote provided ?
