With increasing costs and supply chain shortages due to inflation, sourcing faces unprecedented trials in assuring supply. While material shortages have captured headlines, buyers are being caught off guard by cost increases in IT services and BPO categories. With a recession looming, any changes to pricing need to be surgical and take into consideration the economic environment.

As labor rates have skyrocketed, sourcing teams must be prepared to address service provider requests for price increases, often occurring mid-contract. In this interactive session, our global services experts will discuss shifts in the services market, share which segments are seeing the greatest pressure, and offer steps sourcing teams can take to prepare for and manage the changing service cost landscape. Use this opportunity to discuss with your peers:

  • What factors are driving increases in service costs?
  • What price trends can we expect in outsourced services?
  • What tactics are leading companies using to manage costs?
  • How can pricing analytics and benchmarking be used effectively?
  • What changes to expect in a recessionary environment?
