Does your firm pay points or loan origination fees on mortgages for relocating employees? If so:

• How much does your firm pay (e.g., 1 point, 2 points)
• Under what circumstances do you pay down the points or loan origination fees (e.g., certain level of employees)
• Does your firm provide cost of living adjustments (COLA) when relocating an employee to a higher cost of living area?  If so, A) is the benefit amount capped?  And B) Can they use those funds towards a mortgage subsidy or is this a separate benefit offered? 
• Has your firm identified the above 2 benefits as differentiators needed for recruiting, retaining, moving employees?
