Procurement Transformation and the Digital Workplace

As smart procurement teams seek to create new sources of value and productivity by transforming processes and practices, leading IT organizations are spearheading the creation of the Digital Workplace: a new fully-integrated environment for the whole business. Procurement needs to join the party and work with IT to define how this new Digital Workplace can serve Procurement, and how it can help Procurement serve the enterprise. In this session we will examine the drivers behind digital transformation and the digital workplace, see why doing nothing is not an option and take some lessons from a real-world case study on how to begin the transformation process.
