Procurement: Leading Your Organization to a Sustainable Supply Chain

For the average organization, two-thirds of their ESG footprint lies in the supply chain. Clearly, Procurement plays a critical role in the achievement of an organization’s sustainability goals. Unfortunately, while most CPOs understand their ability to influence their organization’s ESG footprint, most lack clear visibility into the ESG health of their supply chain.

Procurement needs to understand the current ESG impacts of their suppliers and Nth parties in their supply chain and the ability to monitor these impacts in real-time. In this session, we will dive into the best practices of proactive ESG procurement that enable both.
