Our story is that of a small but fiercely determined team leading the reorganization of Honda’s indirect procurement function amidst the largest total restructuring effort in company history … and having only 14 short months to pull it off. This transformational project was given a “go” in February 2020 but one short month later, the world itself transformed in a way we could never imagine.   

“The Challenging Spirit” is one of Honda’s core company beliefs and we will demonstrate how that spirit guided us to lead effective organizational change through a global pandemic, shutdown of our factories, “The Great Resignation,” numerous supply chain issues, and the need for us to support manufacturing in a way you will not believe.
