Investors used to say that software was eating the world. Now, software is eating itself, with artificial intelligence gobbling up everything in sight – including procurement. What parts of procurement AI exactly will eat are still up for debate, but one thing’s for sure: your source-to-pay workflows will increasingly be powered by a new breed of automation. In fact, the generative AI wave kicked off by ChatGPT has the potential to solve many of the data, usability and adoption obstacles that have for so long plagued procurement tech deployments. Join Nick Heinzmann, head of research at Zip, for a keynote that explores generative AI’s potential as the “final app” in the procurement tech stack, as well as the promise – and dangers – of adding AI assistants to your team.

This session will cover:

  • The role that AI will play in the procurement tech stack
  • The best ways to think about and apply AI between you and your stakeholders
  • The top areas to watch for risks and future developments to put your team ahead
