Independence Blue Cross’s 35-year-old award-winning DEI program matches the diversity of its workforce and suppliers with the community they serve. Chuck Stefanosky leads the economic equity component of the program with direct oversight of identifying, onboarding and supporting diverse suppliers. During the session, Chuck will share the program’s objectives and detail how a diverse supplier networking group can majorly impact the program. Additionally, he will discuss how supplier management technology ensures that IBC captures all diverse suppliers (tier 1 and 2) in their supply base with as minimal manual work as possible.
