Outsourcing in Procure to Pay is becoming ever more prevalent. Organizations must structure their outsourcing programs with the right models to make sure that desired business outcomes are realized. In this session, you will hear how Google eliminated and automated large volumes of non-value add activity in Procure to Pay. It will also discuss how Google got out of the transactional business by outsourcing other activities. In addition, the session will cover how this was applied to the supplier sourcing function: out-tasking market research and competitive bid management in the “mid-office.”
